Apspan 700

A Hi Tensile Steel Roofing and Wall Cladding, Apspan is a modern and attractive profile. The uniform rib design is both strong and lightweight with long spanning capabilities making it ideal for most roof and cladding applications. Its contemporary look and flexibility makes it ideal for unique architectural designs.
Apspan has effective sheet coverage of 700mm with rib height of 24mm. Conventional crest fixing with 4 fasteners per sheet to each support maximizes performance whilst allowing fast installation.
For roofing with continuous length sheets and no end laps the minimum roof pitch is 3 degrees (1 in 20).

MATERIALS
Apspan is manufactured and custom cut from Bluescope Hi Tensile ZINCALUME® or COLORBOND® Steel, with a G550 tensile strength base material and a AZ150 Coating in accordance with AS1397. Apspan is also available in COLORBOND® Ultra for harsh environments and COLORBOND® Metallic for specialist architectural applications.
A Panel
A-Panel is a lightweight cladding that is both attractive and economical. Ideal for a range of applications such as domestic, rural and commercial uses.
The versatility enables A-Panel to be suitable also for garage doors, fascias and overall general cladding requirements.
A-Panel has a wide cover of 865mm to ensure installation is quick and easy.
The profile has been designed with a low rib height of 12mm. This makes it unsuitable for roofing but ideal as an economical alternative wall cladding.
Mini Orb Corrugated
Mini Corrugated is a stylish traditional profile using fine ribs evenly spaced across the sheet.
Suitable for interior or exterior cladding applications, the profile looks great in either horizontal or vertical applications. The subtle profile provides a high degree of design freedom allowing use for walls, ceilings, fences, screens and awnings.
The product is available custom cut to your requirements in ZINCALUME® finish and the full range of COLORBOND® colours.

Apex Designer Panel
Apex Designer Panel is a stylish and versatile cladding system. The 250mm wide cover provides quick easy installation and combined with the simplicity of being screw fixed, this cladding saves on labour costs.
The concealed fastening system gives an aesthetically pleasing look. The panels simply interlock to give a smooth appearance and long clean lines.
Designer Panel is suitable for a wide range of applications such as fascias, wall cladding, ceilings and soffit linings. This means this profile can be used for both interior and exterior design applications. Designer Panel is equally attractive whether used vertically or horizontally. A full range of trims and accessories are available made to order.
Custom cut lengths to your requirements ensure wastage is kept to a minimum. Designer Panel is available in an attractive range of colours. Cover 250mm
Metroll MAC Standing Seam

Metroll MAC Snap Lock

Metrib® Low Profile Cladding
Metroll’s Metrib® cladding profile comes in ZINCALUME® steel and a wide variety of COLORBOND® steel colours. It can be applied to internal as well as external structures with underlying support infrastructure. The longitudinal flutes provide rigidity along the length of the sheet whilst retaining full flexibility across the width.
Metrib® can be used on interior or exterior walls, on straight or curved surfaces and with the flutes installed in a horizontal or vertical direction. Designed as a low rib, flute profile, Metrib® is suitable for many applications where flat sheets cannot be used, including sheds, portable buildings, bus shelters, internal wall linings, soffits and the inner curve of arches.

MAC Nail Strip
MAC Nail Strip is an innovative, concealed fix profile with a vast range of design applications for roofing and wall cladding in residential and commercial projects.
MAC Nail Strip is installed via screw fastening. Each strip is snapped over the adjoining panel securing it in place and concealing the fixing. Installation is simple and quick with no need for seaming tools.

Metroclad® – Wide Coverage Steel Walling
Metroclad® is a low rib, custom length, high tensile, wide coverage steel walling.
Manufactured from 0.35mm and 0.42mm COLORBOND®, ZINCALUME® and galvanised steel. Metroclad® is an idea profile for rural, commercial and domestic applications including tilt-up garage doors, screens, soffits, fascia and facade work.
0.35mm is not available in all locations. Check with your local Metroll branch.

Metrospan® High Strengh Square Profile
Metrospan® is a roll formed, custom length, high tensile steel, uniformly profiled roofing and wall sheeting material, manufactured from 0.35mm*, 0.42mm and 0.48mm BMT COLORBOND®, ZINCALUME® or galvanised steels.

Metroll Solarspan®
Solarspan® is an insulated panel system providing a pre-painted steel underside complete with a tongue and groove roll formed edge, bonded to an insulating polystyrene core and a Trimclad profiled roof sheet on the top side.
Solarspan® features a COLORBOND® steel exterior, an expanded polystyrene core with fire-retardant insulation (EPS-FR) and a pre-painted COLORBOND® steel underside.
