Our History

Interline Roofing Melbourne is a family company established in 1984 by John Coll one of the original pioneers of colorbond® fascia and gutter in Victoria. John has over 45 years experience in the plumbing industry, from his early days in the gas and fuel to starting his own general plumbing business in the mid 70’s. When the idea of metal fascia was first suggested to John at a plumbing conference he knew right away that the product was the way of the future. In 1984 John sold his Plumbing business to his younger brother and started Interline.

John is no longer involved with the day to day running of the company it is now run by his son Michael Coll, also a Director of the company and licensed plumber, who has spent over 15 years working in the installation side of the company and has industry leading knowledge of all areas of Fascia, Gutter and all Roofing installation. Michael is always available to discuss any concerns you or any of your supervisors may have, Interline also has supervisors of our own who are qualified plumbers and experienced in all roofing installations and will be accessible for site meetings and any small general maintenance.

Our Service

Interline has grown strongly from humble beginnings, in 1984 Interline started in a backyard shed with John and one apprentice to now in current times where we have a large factory with 20 full time staff and calling on over 30 subcontract plumbers who we work in partnership with to provide our customers with the best possible result.
Interline Roofing has worked with almost all of the major players in the Victorian building market and have developed an exceptional reputation. We have always tried to keep to our original ideals of maintaining a personal touch with our clients from General Managers to supervisors and home owners.
